Jackson Angus Beef is inspected and frozen for freshness. We
offer over 15 different cuts of steaks, tenderized meats, smokehouse meats,
roasts, ground beef, ground beef patties, limited quantity meats such as
oxtail, tongue, liver and marrow bones, and specialty items such as beef
bologna, smoked links, beef franks, our much-loved summer sausage which comes
in regular and jalapeño/cheddar, and our all beef bacon and all beef breakfast
sausage.
