Our Tomahawk Steak is the king of steaks. With the tenderness similar to other expensive options such as Wagyu, this steak is very tender due to the marbling spread throughout the meat. The Tomahawk is specifically cut with at least 5 inches of rib bone left intact. The meat is a deep, moist, and savory delicacy!
When we began our journey of selling farm fresh beef from the ranch, the first specialty product we had made was our Beef Summer Sausage. It quickly became a favorite of our friends and family.
