Also known as lingua, our Beef Tongue is most famously known for its use in tacos! It has a soft, melt in your mouth texture once prepared and skinned. The texture and flavor have often been compared to super tender shredded beef.
When we began our journey of selling farm fresh beef from the ranch, the first specialty product we had made was our Beef Summer Sausage. It quickly became a favorite of our friends and family.
